Information

Every active duty officer in the United States Public Health Service is eligible to be a member of the Commissioned Corps Readiness Force.   CCRF automatically creates a CCRF Main website user account and a CCRF Training website user account for each active duty officer in the USPHS.  

Each officer must login to the CCRF website using their PHS Serial Number as there Userid.  Each officer is randomly assigned a password which they may change on login.

Officers may request their passwords by clicking the "Email Password" button on the login page.

ALL CCRF Officers MUST sign-up for the listserv.  Each officer is responsible for maintaining correct information in both the website and on the listserv.
