Welcome to Field Training 2009!


OFRD has announced the upcoming field training for commissioned officers this summer. Officers in Tier 3 are invited to participate in this year's scheduled field training with the Corps' response teams. All participating Tier 3 officers will need supervisory approval. Of the 4,000 officers in Tier 3, OFRD will be able to accommodate approximately 400 Tier 3 officers, spread over the 5 separate training weeks. To assure the Corps’ ongoing operational readiness, commissioned officers will be trained during months when they are not on call.

The field training will:
 
  • Enhance cohesion
  • Build resiliency
  • Improve operational readiness
  • Foster cross-cultural expertise

We have created an online sign-up process for Tier 3 officers wishing to participate in the Field Training 2009 (Tier 3 Application Form below).

Before proceeding, PLEASE UPDATE the OFRD website with your most current personal information. All officers attending the field training must adhere to USPHS uniform standards.


Follow all instructions to ensure that you are correctly signed up for the field training.


If selected to attend the training and once all your information is processed, you will receive a training packet .
